| You don't appear to be using the factory lines on the belt. You have them drawn on, they seem to match the rear backing plates a little too perfect. The dots on the rear backing plates are more of a reference, you should be using the lines on a brand new oem timing belt to match up with the dots on the cam gears themselves. If you do not have the lines any more, you will have to count teeth on the timing belt. I will repeat again that the dots on the rear backing plates are not to be used to set the timing. One or two teeth off here and there will add up to your lower mark being off by that amount. Personally, I would pull it all back apart and start over. It doesn't take that long and you can be certain it is correct. I highly doubt the oem crank pulley is wrong, unless the keyway has sheared off.
